Evren has been teaching professionally for close to a decade and has a thriving piano studio of students age 3 to 85. They are versed in a wide variety of styles, including classical and contemporary music, traditional and Suzuki methods, popular music, composition, and improvisation. They have an exuberant and creative teaching style that is holistic in approach and cognizant of their students' lives and their many intersecting communities.  Evren's students are marked by distinct skills in music reading, music theory, and music history, past to present.  Of equal importance, Evren's students consistently develop an unshakable sense of discipline, self-motivation, and deep pride in their accomplishments, big and small.  Evren leads their students to consistent success with a focused teaching style and their trademark positive reinforcement.
